ANNUAL HOA DUES
Your dues support our lovely community!
Our HOA dues are managed by Neighborhood Services Corp. and you should receive an invoice each year around end of January. Our dues are due on March1 and late after March 31. Even if you don’t receive an invoice for some reason, you are still responsible for ensuring your annual dues are paid.
There are three methods to pay your dues – online via credit card or ach from your bank account, or mail a check. You can find the details for each method below.

PAY ONLINE VIA CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT
If you pay online via credit card, there is a fee. You can opt to pay via ACH debit to your bank account and there is no fee. If you don’t already have an account with TownSq (our 3rd party service for online HOA dues), you can create an account but you’ll need your HOA account number first. You can get that by calling Neighborhood Services Corp. at 405-348-1436
